WE PROVIDE FLEXIBLE LODGING FOR HOME BUYERS SO YOU CAN LIVE COMFORTABLY WHILE WE SHOP FOR YOUR DREAM HOME!
Relocating can be stressful. You need a flexible lease on a short-term rental with no consequences for moving out early. The last thing you want is to feel rushed into making a home buying decision, or locked into a lease after you found your dream home. We can help.
We own several furnished houses that we use as lodging to help home buyers who need flexible living while shopping for a home. They have everything you need to live comfortably while you settle into Colorado. You pay below market value rent while you shop for a house with us. No utility bills. No moving your furniture. Rest easy and welcome home.
We have every detail of home buying covered. We have years of experience representing home buyers, and a deep understanding of the Denver Metro housing market. We have a list of preferred lenders to get you qualified quickly, and a team of contractors if your new home needs any work before you move in. This is the easiest way to make a move.
This wild idea of serving home buyers in Denver's Front Range through mid-term rentals was thought of by Mike and Megan Terpstra. Mike sells real estate, and Megan is passionate about hospitality. You will be amazed at the level of service you get through the entire home buying process, and you will be living comfortably the entire time!
